Pest Control

Are pests invading your home? Is a pest problem impacting the safety of your loved ones and pets? Look no further for effective customized pest solutions near you!

When you choose Custom Pest Solutions for pest control you can count on our locally owned, family operated pest control company to eliminate and prevent roaches, ants, spiders, scorpions, and other pests that are common to our area. We have been protecting homes and businesses like yours for more than 20 years throughout Central Florida.

At Custom Pest Solutions we treat our customers like family while focusing on finding customized Integrated Pest Management (IPM) solutions for your home or business all while following the CDC’s best practices.

IPM incorporates the use of routine inspections, monitoring devices and special products — as well as structural, sanitary, and environmental changes to prevent or eliminate pest infestations. When properly implemented and coordinated, IPM can reduce the use of chemical applications and achieve safe and effective results for homeowners and businesses. We ensure the highest level of service at the lowest level of risk to your home, family, and community. We care about the environment and the future of our planet.

No two homes in Central Florida are alike so we don’t offer a cookie cutter approach like the “big guys.” Our expertly trained, certified, and background checked technicians will perform a complete inspection of your home or business, both in the interior and exterior, to analyze the situation, find out what’s causing the problem and determine the entry points for pests.
Just like for family, we put your health and safety first! After the initial pest control service, we don’t have to come inside your home to provide service. When we return on your customized treatments, we focus on preventing pests from getting inside your home or business by using pest control techniques that target the outside of your home, where pests live and breed.
These exterior treatments will also include treatment around doors and windows; eaves, over hangs and soffits; soil areas around the base of your home and mulch areas around the perimeter of your home.  We will remove any visible wasp nests and cobwebs.  All this, and you won't even have to be home, so your schedule remains your own.
If pests do manage to get inside your home and an interior service is needed, we will schedule an additional service call at no additional charge for treatment.
We pride ourselves on our work and customer service and offer an unmatched satisfaction guarantee.

FAQs

What happens when a Pest Control Technician comes to my home or business?
That will largely depend on the problem you are experiencing. However, our initial visit starts with an inspection to analyze the situation, find out what's causing the problem and determine the best method of treatment. From there the process is unique for each customer because we customize each treatment.
Are pest control chemicals harmful?
As one of the local, family owned pest control companies in Central Florida we are heavily invested in keeping our community and customers safe. Your health is our top priority. We only use pest control chemicals for their approved purposes, target their use and practice safe disposal and that have been approved for use by the EPA to be used around children and pets.
How often should pest control be done?
We typically recommend that property owners get quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly services so you are covered throughout the entire year. The season can also be a factor. For example in Florida, it can be highly beneficial to schedule monthly mosquito treatments during the summer.
How to prepare your home for pest control?
Technicians have to follow proper protocol and regulations, which may affect how a product is applied. Before your pest control treatment you may need to take a few steps to prepare your home. Be sure to ask your technician for specific preparation instructions as this varies depending on the problem being addressed. Preparations may include: >Clean items off the kitchen and bathroom counter tops >Pick up loose items off the floor >Move furniture and items away from walls >Clear off windowsills
